Mechanical Engineer Ice penetrators and Martian oxygen.I work on the deployment of ice penetrators in Antarctica to understand current and future ice shelf behavior in response to global warming. I previously ran the Mars Oxygen In-Situ Resource Utilization Experiment (MOXIE) laboratory, where we performed verification and validation of MOXIE experiments aboard the Perseverance rover and tested scaled operating modes to inform the design of oxygen production systems in future missions to Mars. I received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in May 2020 and am working towards a M.S. in Engineering and Management from MIT.
